- Continuous, volunteer led, peer learning model based on facilitation
- Small geographical clusters of 10-12 principals meet every month
- The group is led by a facilitator
- The day’s session includes sessions on mindfulness, developing self, leadership competencies, developing a culture and environment of learning in school, managing as well as school & class observation
