In a rapidly changing world shaped by innovation and digital transformation, entrepreneurship has emerged as an essential life skill for all. Globally, education systems are integrating entrepreneurial learning to nurture innovation, resilience, and problem-solving abilities—skills vital for success in the 21st century. Recognizing this global shift, the Government of NCT of Delhi has launched the New Era of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem & Vision (NEEEV) Scheme, a pioneering initiative introduced on 18 September 2025.
The NEEEV Scheme aims to integrate entrepreneurship education into the curriculum for Classes 8 to 12 in Delhi government schools. Aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, it emphasizes skill-based, experiential, and competency-driven learning to prepare students for future challenges and opportunities. By nurturing creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills from an early stage, the NEEEV Scheme seeks to transform traditional learning, enabling students to become self-reliant, innovative, and future-ready citizens capable of leading with purpose in a dynamic world.
