Process

• 1. Continuous, volunteer led, peer learning model based on facilitation

• 2. Small geographical clusters of 10-12 principals meet every month
•  
• 3. The group is led by a facilitator
•  
• 4. The day’s session includes sessions on mindfulness, developing self, leadership competencies, developing a culture and environment of learning in school, managing as well as school & class observation

• 5. Facilitating a space of leadership & learning by:
  • Connecting

  • Synthesising
