How the Program Works (CLDP)
Process
- 1. Continuous, volunteer led, peer learning model based on facilitation
- 2. Small geographical clusters of 10-12 principals meet every month
- 3. The group is led by a facilitator
- 4. The day’s session includes sessions on mindfulness, developing self, leadership competencies, developing a culture and environment of learning in school, managing as well as school & class observation
- 5. Facilitating a space of leadership & learning by:
- Connecting
- Asking questions
- Listening
- Synthesising
