How the program work


  1. Continuous, volunteer led, peer learning model based on facilitation
  2. Small geographical clusters of 10-12 principals meet every month
  3. The group is led by a facilitator
  4. The day’s session includes sessions on mindfulness, developing self, leadership competencies, developing a culture and environment of learning in school, managing as well as school & class observation
  5. Facilitating a space of leadership & learning by:
    • Connecting
    • Asking questions
    • Listening
    • Synthesising
