Journey of CLDP in DoE

We started our work with an informal program for a small number of government schools in Delhi. Under the dynamic leadership of an extraordinary administrator, Mr Jung Bahadur Singh. Within a short span, the program formally scaled to first 100 and then 800 government schools. Today, we work with a gamut of 1000+ government schools in collaboration with SCERT (State Council of Educational Research and Training, Delhi) and under the DOE (Delhi Directorate of Education).

Mission

To enable educational institutions as a catalyst for change by empowering leadership within the institution.

Objectives

• 1. Development of leadership competencies of all Principals to strengthen their role as educational leaders of their schools
• 2. A continuous process of peer learning and improvement
